Get in touch

Talk to the engineer who would actually do the work.

No qualification call and no discovery deck. Describe the problem and an expert replies — the same person who would scope the work and run it afterwards.

Before you write

1
Tell us what is actually going wrong — a slow release, a failed audit, a cloud bill nobody can explain. Rough is fine; we will ask the precise questions.
2
Mention your stack and roughly how large the estate is. It lets us send the engineer who knows that ground rather than the one who is free.
3
If you are comparing partners, say so. We will tell you honestly where someone else is the better fit, and we would rather do that in week one than month three.

We never share your data. No spam, ever.

Questions

Asked before you have to ask.

If something here is not covered, put it in the form above — the answer comes back from an engineer, not a template.

Sixty minutes with an ORSLON expert covering your infrastructure, pipelines, security posture and the gaps between them. You leave with a written summary and a prioritised list — yours to keep, with no obligation to engage us.
Within 48 hours of signing. Days one and two are discovery. By the end of week one you have a written roadmap; first deployments land in week two. No 6-week mobilisation phase billed as "onboarding".
Almost never. On Jenkins? We make it good. Want GitHub Actions instead? We plan and execute it. We do not rip and replace to suit our preferences — and we will tell you when your existing tool is genuinely fine.
A human on first line, not an auto-responder that pages someone else. P1 acknowledged within 5 minutes, a dedicated Slack bridge opened immediately, and a written postmortem in your hands within 24 hours — whether or not you ask for it.
Month to month, 30 days notice. There is a 10% discount on annual prepay if you want it, but no minimum term and no exit fee. If we are not worth it in month seven, you should not be trapped until month twelve.
Yes — SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA and GDPR. Most teams are audit-ready in 8–12 weeks. The difference is that evidence is generated continuously by your pipeline, so the next audit is a export, not another project.
One hire covers one discipline and one timezone. ORSLON covers DevOps, security, SRE and compliance around the clock, typically for less than a single senior salary. And when your engineer resigns, the knowledge does not walk out with them — it is already in your repo.
You give 30 days notice and you keep everything. Pipelines, infrastructure code, runbooks, dashboards and documentation already live in your repository and your cloud account — we build there from day one, specifically so that a transition is uneventful. We will also do a handover session with whoever takes over, at no charge.
That is the honest problem with hourly managed services, and it is why we price on outcomes and publish our incident numbers. A quiet month is a good month for both of us. If our monthly review ever shows the same class of incident twice, fixing the root cause is on us, not on your invoice.
